At World Liberty Finance (WLFI) Systems, we believe in the value of our video editing education programs. We also understand that circumstances can change, and we want to ensure you have clear information about our refund policies.

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available, the process for requesting them, and important timelines you should be aware of when enrolling in our programs.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are considered based on specific circumstances and timing. We evaluate each request individually while maintaining fair standards for all students.

Course withdrawal within 7 days of initial enrollment with less than 25% course completion
Technical issues preventing course access that cannot be resolved within 72 hours
Course cancellation by World Liberty Finance (WLFI) Systems due to insufficient enrollment
Duplicate enrollment or accidental multiple payments for the same course
Medical emergencies with proper documentation that prevent course completion

Important Notice

Refunds are not available once a student has completed more than 30% of course materials or after 14 days from enrollment, whichever comes first. Digital course materials accessed cannot be returned.

Refund Amounts and Conditions

The amount of refund depends on when you request it and how much of the course you've completed. Here's our refund schedule:

Medical Emergencies: Students facing serious medical issues that prevent course completion may request consideration beyond standard timelines. Medical documentation is required.

Technical Difficulties: If persistent technical problems prevent access to course materials despite our support efforts, full refunds may be considered regardless of completion percentage.

Course Modifications: Significant changes to course content or schedule may entitle enrolled students to partial or full refunds if they choose not to continue.

Payment Method and Processing

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during enrollment. Processing times vary by payment type:

Credit Cards: Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing. Some banks may take up to 2 billing cycles to reflect the credit.

PayPal: Refunds are usually visible in your PayPal account within 3-5 business days of processing.

Bank Transfers: Direct bank refunds may take 7-14 business days depending on your banking institution's processing times.

If your original payment method is no longer available, we'll work with you to arrange an alternative refund method, which may require additional verification steps.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

One-on-one coaching sessions that have been completed
Downloaded course materials, software, or digital assets
Certificates of completion that have been issued
Access to exclusive community forums after participation
Third-party software licenses included with courses
